IDS Scheer AG selects EspressChart as the charting engine for the latest version of Process Performance Manager™

Santa Clara, California -- May 7, 2001 -- Quadbase Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of Java™-based reporting and data visualization tools, today announced that IDS Scheer, a leading enterprise software vendor and consulting company headquartered in Germany, will utilize EspressChart in the latest release of their Process Performance Manager, a sophisticated analytical tool for business processes and systems.

The new version 2.0 of PPM determines key performance indicators of ongoing IT-supported business processes as they are modeled in CRM, ERP and SCM systems. These key performance indicators form the basis for the continuous improvement of these processes.
